Noodle Dough and Stir-Fry recipe with my little brothers Liam and Josh!

Directions

    Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.

    Slowly pour in water whilst mixing with a pair of chopsticks.

  3. 3

    Turn onto your work bench and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.

    Cover with a cling wrap and set aside to rest for 30 minutes.

    Cut into 4 portions and working with 1 portion, roll to your desired thickness, using cornstarch to dust.

    Fold the dough onto itself then cut to your desired thickness.

    Cook noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, strain then run under cold water.

    Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat and add in the minced meat.

    Cook, breaking with your spatula or wooden spoon until cooked through and slightly crisp.

    Add the onion and garlic, and continue to cook until the onions have softened a little and starting to brown.

    Toss through the spinach until just wilted and season with salt and pepper.

    Add in the cooked noodles along with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and chilli oil.

    Toss until well combined then taste and season to your liking.

    Serve immediately.
