Easy Chilli Oil
This is my absolute favourite condiment! It’s perfect for dumplings, noodles, stir-fries, curries, eggs – just about anything!

Heat the oil until it’s hot (100-110°C).

Carefully pour the hot oil over the dry ingredients in the bowl.

Stir gently, then let it cool.

Transfer the chilli oil into a jar with a lid.
- 5
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
Notes
Note - I like to use a mix of spicy chilli flakes and Korean Gochugaru chilli flakes for colour and a sweet / smokey flavour.
