    Boil rice in water with cardamom, cloves, cardamom, and yellow color until it's 80% cooked and then strain it in a strainer.

    In a wok add ghee, sugar, and milk and cook on slow flame for 5 min until sugar is melted and chashni is ready.

    Now Add the boiled rice and cook on high flame for 5 min.

    Give Dum for 20-25 min by cooking on very slow flame.

    Once rice is tender add the nuts, khoya, and tutti fruitti and serve it hot.
