Pan fried without any oven or grill

    Dry roast the above spices for 2-3 min and then grind with pastel and mortar to make a powdered mix of achari masala

    Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger garlic paste, achari masala , salt , kashmiri red pepper, lemon , yogurt and cream for 4-6 hours or better overnight

    In a pan add oil and then add the marinated chicken pieces and cook on slow to medium flame until chicken is tender

    Squeeze more lemon juice , green chilies and sliced onion and lemon slices and cook on slow flame for 2-3 min and enjoy
