Baluchi chicken tikka with special Baluchi tikka masala

    Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius for 15 min

    Marinate the chicken in the ginger garlic paste, all the spices, and lemon juice for at least 4-6 hours or better overnight

    Grill in oven for 15-17 min until soft and tender from both sides by brushing with oil

  4. 4

    Once ready, sprinkle more Baluchi tikka masala, lemon juice, chaat masala

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped green chilies and coriander

  6. 6

    Serve with roti or rice as desired
