My special Version of mutton gravy in Pakistani style

    In a wok add oil and then add the whole spices and sauté fry for 2-3 min until aroma of spices is released

    Add the marinated mutton and then cook on medium to high flame for 5-7 min until color of the mutton changes

    Now add the tomato purée with paste and cook on medium flame for 5 min

  4. 4

    Add grinded onion as well and add 1 cup of water too and cook on slow flame for 30 -40 min until the oil comes up

  5. 5

    Add chopped coriander and green chilies

  6. 6

    Serve with naan or roti
