    In a wok add butter and then sauté fry freshly chopped ginger garlic For 2-3 min

    Add the chicken pieces and then sauté fry for 5 min until color of the chicken changes

    Now add the sliced tomatoes on top of the chicken pieces and cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 10 min

    Once the skin of the tomatoes is tender , remove it and bhonofy on high flame for another 5-7 min and add salt according to taste

    Add yougurt as well and keep bhonofying on high flame

    Once oil comes up and chicken is tender 2 tablespoons of coarsely ground zeera , coriander and black pepper corns your karahi is ready
