Chicken handi with royal masala

Directions

    In a wok add oil or butter and then add onion paste and add the chicken cubes and cook on high flame for 5 min until color of the chicken changes

    Then add the ginger garlic paste , spices and then add onion paste and sauté fry for 5 min

    Add tomato purée and paste too and sauté for another 5 min

  4. 4

    Add yogurt and cashews paste and cook on low flame for 10 -12 min until oil comes up .. stir on low flame every few min as cashew paste might stick to the bottom and burn your handi so be careful

    Add cream too and cook on very low flame for 3 min

  6. 6

    Add the freshly ground royal handi powder too

  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped coriander and green chillies and enjoy with naan or roti
