Quick and easy chicken curry recipe in 30 min

In a wok or pan add oil and then add chopped garlic and ginger and sauté fry for 2-3 min

Add the chopped onion too and sauté fry for 3-5 min until golden brown in color

Add the chicken pieces and then sauté fry for 5 min until color of the chicken changes

Now add spices and tomatoes and cook on high flame < bhonofy> for 5 min until all is cooked well

Add yougurt and tomato paste and cook on high flame for 5 min

Now slow down the heat and cook on low flame for 15-17 min until chicken is tender and oil comes up < u can remove excess oil at this time> if u like

Now add the crushed coriander and then add chopped coriander and green chillies and cook on slow heat for another 5 min
