Chicken Makhni
Pakistani version of butter chicken

Whisk the yogurt and all the spices with ginger garlic paste and add the boneless chicken

Also add tomato paste and whisked cream and marinate for 4-6 hours

In a wok add butter & ginger garlic paste and sauté fry for 3 min

Add onion slices and sauté fry and then add tomatoes and cook for 10-15 min until tender

Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5 min and then blend with hand blender to make a paste

In another wok add butter and then add marinated chicken and cook on high flame for 5 min , add gravy and cook again for another 5 min

Slow the flame and cook for 15 min until chicken is tender and oil starts to come up

Add crushed Kasuri meethi and crushed coriander seeds and garnish with green chillies and chopped coriander

Add cream on top and cook for another 3 min
