A new twist to the classic bread rolls with spicy chicken fajita filling

Directions

    In a wok add oil and then add chopped garlic and onion and sauté fry for 2-3 min until aroma is released

    Add the chicken pieces and then sauté fry for 5-7 min and then add the spices and seasoning

  3. 3

    Add tomato purée and then add tomatoes paste as well

  4. 4

    Add bell peppers and then add olives too

  5. 5

    Add cream and cook for 5-7 min until all is cooked well

  6. 6

    Place the filling on the bread slice and fold as shown and secure with flour paste

  7. 7

    Dip in beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs

  8. 8

    Refrigerate for 4-6 hours

  9. 9

    Deep fry or shallow fry or air fry or bake and enjoy with chutney and ketchup
