Cheesy, creamy and saucy Alfredo sauce

    Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar and set it aside for 10-15 min until froth forms.

    In a large bowl or in a stand mixer add the flour and add the yeast mixture to it.

    Add butter and egg too.

    Knead well to form a soft dough.

    Rest the dough for 1-2 hours until it rises.

    In a wok add butter and sauté fry chopped garlic and onion and then add cream, all spices and cheese and cook for 3-5 min and your alferado sauce is ready.

    In a wok add butter and add chicken cubes and all spices and sauté fry for 5-7 min until tender.

    Take a small dough ball and make a place in the center, add alferado sauce and then add chicken on top of it with sliced olives and mozzarella cheese.

    Bake @ 180 Celsius for 12-15 min until cheese is melted.
