In a pot add oil then add all whole spices and sauté fry for 3-5 min

Then add boneless meat and sauté fry for another 3-5 min until color of the meat changes

Add sliced onion , tomatoes and tomato paste as well

Add 2 cups of water and cook on pressure cooker or instant pot @nutricookworld according to instructions mentioned or simple pot on low to medium flame for 35–40 min until meat is tender and oil comes up

Garnish with chopped green chillies , coriander and lemon slices and enjoy with roti and nan
