White Chocolate Dream Combo Rolls

A dream combo rolls recipe with white chocolate and raspberries, no added sugar!

    In a bowl, combine yeast, eggs and luke warm milk till it dissolves.

    Add salt and stir again followed by the flour.

    Knead the dough on medium speed for 3-4 minutes in a mixer before adding the butter and salt.

    After adding the butter increase the speed and knead the dough for an additional 8 minutes until the dough does not stick to the bowl.

    Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    After the dough has risen, it’s time to make the rolls. Dust some flour on the surface of your table and roll it into a 20x25 cm. rectangle. Spread out your GOOD GOOD Choco White spread, add fresh strawberries and roll it up!

    Cut the roll into 6 equal buns using a thread or flavorless floss, then place the buns on a baking tray with parchment paper attached.

    Cover the tray with plastic foil or a dishtowel and let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.

    Bake the rolls at 200 °C (fan) for around 20-25 minutes, the first 20 minutes covered with aluminumfoil to prevent top from burning.

    In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese with your GOOD GOOD Choco White spread. Add in the raspberry powder and fresh raspberries and whisk again until fully incorporated.

    You can add it on top by using a piping bag or directly with a spoon and top off with fresh raspberries.
