Almond Croissant Bread
This almond and cinnamon croissant bread is one of the most delicious breads you will ever make! It’s so fluffy, moist and rich in flavour!

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a loaf pan with baking paper.

Cream butter with sugar on high speed for 5-6 minutes. Add in the eggs and beat for an additional minute. Add in half of the buttermilk and mix again.

Sift the flour, cinnamon and baking powder into the batter and fold, before it’s all incooporated, add the remaining of the buttermilk.

Add 1/3 of the batter into the loaf pan and add in 1/3 of the almond paste. Repeat the process 2 more times and add the almonds.

Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes and let it cool down completely.

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar.
