Blueberry & Apple Crumble Cake
This cake is everything you can every dream of, if you are a sour-sweet cake lover! It’s also quite easy to make, and makes for the perfect guest cake in the summer time!

Preheat the oven to 185 °c. Fan.

In a bowl combine sugar and melted butter. Add the eggs and whisk for 1 min.

Add the buttermilk.

Sift and fold in the dry ingredients.

Pour half of the batter into a 22 or 26 cm. Spring form with baking paper attached.

Add half of the apples and blueberries on top followed by the rest of the batter and the other half of the fruits. Add the streusel.

Bake in the oven for 60 minutes. (Or till a toothpick comes out clean)
