    Preheat oven to 185°C (fan oven).

    Whisk butter and sugar together with an electric mixer before adding in the eggs. Whisk again for 2 minutes on high speed till fluffy.

    Fold in the mashed bananas, then the dry ingredients. Add the creamcheese.

    Pour the batter into a loaf pan.

    Bake for 40-45 minutes (check if it’s done with a toothpick).

    Let it cool down completely before adding the delicious chocolate fudge frosting!
