Tomato Galette
This galette works great as an appetizer or even as a light lunch! And the best part! It takes less than 10 minutes to prep! Pair it up with one of St. Dalfours fruitspreads for a hint of sweetness!

Slice your tomatoes thinly with a tomato knife.

Roll out your tart dough and add a thin layer of your preferred St. Dalfour fruit spread on top.

Arrange the tomato slices like you would with a caprese salad and make sure to leave a 5 cm border from tomato to edge.

Fold the edges in halves so that they overlap with the tomatoes.

Add salt and pepper.

Brush with eggwash and bake for around 40 minutes at 180° C or 356° F.

Add your preferred toppings and enjoy warm!
Notes
Tip: if you want to level up the flavors, roast the tomato slices slightly in olive oil before arranging them.
