A delicious appetizer made with figs, tart dough, and cream cheese.

    Slice your figs thinly with a tomato knife.

    Roll out your dough and add a thin layer of your preferred cream cheese on top.

    Arrange the fig slices and make sure to leave a 5 cm border from tomato to edge. Fold the edges in halfs so that they overlap with the figs.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Brush with eggwash and bake for around 40 minutes at 180° C or 356° F.

    Add your preferred toppings and enjoy warm!
