Preheat oven to 190°C.

Whisk eggs with sugar, then add the melted butter, and beat again for 2 minutes.

Combine all dry ingredients in another bowl.

Fold in yogurt into the mixture followed by the dry ingredients.

In a 30x20 rectangle baking dish with parchment paper attached, pour in 1/2 of the batter and spread it around. Add half of the apples and the other half of the batter. Add the remaining apples and sprinkle almonds on top. Bake covered with aluminium foil for the first 30 minutes and continue baking without foil for 20-25 more minutes.

After baking let it cool down completely before dusting with icing sugar.
