A twist on the original coffee version, using St. Dalfours blueberry spread.

For the ladyfingers

For the blueberry spread

For the cream

Directions

    Whisk egg yolks and sugar for 8 minutes.

    Add mascarpone cheese and whisk for another minute.

  3. 3

    Whisk whipped cream and fold in with egg yolk-mascarpone mixture.

    Warm milk until almost boiling.

  5. 5

    Dip ladyfingers in hot milk and cover tray with one layer.

  6. 6

    Spread half of blueberry spread on ladyfingers.

  7. 7

    Add 1/3 of mascarpone cream.

  8. 8

    Repeat process one more time.

  9. 9

    Add final layer of mascarpone cream and decorate with blueberries.

    Let it cool overnight or for at least 8 hours in the fridge.
