Delicious Shrimp Cherry Tomato Pasta Without The Cream

A simple and flavorful pasta dish made with juicy jumbo shrimp, fresh cherry tomato sauce, garlic, butter, Parmesan, and fragrant fresh basil.

    Boil the pasta and save some pasta water.

    Season shrimp with salt, paper, chili powder and garlic powder. Mix and set aside.

    Heat oil in a pan and sear shrimp both side for 1 minutes. Add 1/4 sticks of butter and a squeeze of lemon juice and cook for another one minute. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan add 1 tablespoon chili flakes, chopped garlic and onion. Saute about 1 minute or until the onions turned translucent.

    Add in the cherry tomatoes and the tomato paste and cook for a minute. Add in the pasta water and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and the sauce is thickened.

    Add in the fresh chopped basil, cooked pasta and grated Parmesan. Mix well to combine and add in the cooked shrimp!!

    Serve with more fresh basil and Parmesan and ENJOY!
