Creamy Pasta with Grilled Salmon and Zucchini

Cut the salmon fillet into two equal sized pieces and rub the dry spices on both side.

Heat oil and butter on a griddle or a pan over high heat. Grill the salmon on both side and squeeze the lemon juice and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the salmon is salmon are fully cooked.

Heat oil in a pan over high heat, and add onion, garlic and chilli flakes! Cook until the onions are translucent.

Add in the zucchini and cook for a minute then add the cream, and grated Parmesan, and chopped herbs and stair well to combine.

Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the package instructions and add into the sauce. Add more Parmesan and butter if needed and serve with the grilled salmon. Don’t forget to drizzle the leftover grilled salmon oil over the dish!!
