A delicious fall dessert recipe, like the tiny version of classic apple pie but crispier.

    In a bowl combine diced apple, brown sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

    Place a small amount of the pie filling in the middle of the dumpling wrap then fold and sill the side.

    Heat oil on medium high in a pan and fry the mini apple pie until golden brown and crispy. Dust with powder sugar and ENJOY!
