This chicken curry is so delicious and very easy to make! It’s cooked with a green sauce made with fresh aromatics herbs like cilantro and mint combined with green chili and yoghurt!!

    In a large bowl combine all the chicken ingredients and set aside.

    Heat oil in a pan over high heat and add in the chicken pieces. Cook them on medium heat, starting occasionally for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is half cooked.

    Meanwhile in a food processor add all the green sauce ingredients except heavy cream and make a smooth paste.

    Now pour the green sauce over the half cooked chicken and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked!! Add in the cream and cooked for another 5 minutes on high heat or until the cream is absorbed!!
