The Easiest Pickled Onions

    Peel the onions and slice WITH the grain.

    Add the onions to a jar or deli container.

  3. 3

    Combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring up to a light boil until everything is dissolved.

    Pour the hot pickling liquid over the onions, seal and let cool.

  5. 5

    Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.


Notes

Great on virtually anything especially tacos and burgers!
