Directions

    Heat up olive oil and cook garlic and chillies for 1 minute.

    Add crushed tomatoes, basil and salt to taste. Cook down for 7-10 minutes.

    Cook ravioli for 7 quick minutes and add to sauce.

    Serve with Parmigiano Reggiano.

    Add butter to a pan and let melt and toast until slightly brown.

    Add sage leaves and let them cook for a minute or two.

    Add a ladle of pasta water and your Parmigiano Reggiano, then stir until your sauce is creamy.
