Pistachio, White Chocolate Banana Bread

This is a super easy and comforting recipe, and I promise it will hit the spot

BANANA BREAD BASE

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 175C fan.

    Mix all of the base ingredients together and pour half into a lined loaf tin.

  3. 3

    Layer the filling ingredients on top of the first half of the banana bread. Roughly swirl through.

    Cover with the other half of the banana bread mixture.

  5. 5

    Bake for 50 mins to 1 hour until cooked through. Cover the top with foil if the outer starts to burn.

    Leave to cool and prep the frosting.

  7. 7

    Whip the double cream, melted chocolate and pistachio cream together.

  8. 8

    Add to the cooled banana bread and top with crushed pistachios.
