Chocolate Pancakes

Thick and fluffy pancakes covered in an indulgent chocolate drizzle, perfect for a chocolate lover's heart!

Directions

    Sift the dry ingredients together, and in a separate bowl whisk the vanilla, eggs, milk and sugar.

    Add the wet ingredients into the dry and combine until you have a thick, smooth batter.

    Melt the butter in a pan on a medium, low heat.

  4. 4

    Add a few tbsp of batter to create each pancake.

  5. 5

    Cook on one side until air bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.

    Stack the pancakes and serve with the chocolate sauce or your favourite topping!
