A refreshing breakfast recipe perfect for hot summer mornings

    Mix 30g chia seeds, 75ml almond milk & 1 lemon, juiced

    Layer with 100g Greek yoghurt

  3. 3

    Mix 50g crushed raspberries into 100g Greek yoghurt + 1 teaspoon of berrylicious blend

  4. 4

    Layer with 100g frozen mango, 50ml almond milk, and 2 teaspoons of gut health blend

  5. 5

    Top with fruit of choice and enjoy!
