Ingredients: 400 gr jasmine rice; 6 tbsp Thai red curry paste; splash fish sauce; oil; 1 red chili pepper; 4 garlic cloves; 2 tbsp cilantro stems; 2 tbsp palm sugar; 4 tbsp fish sauce; 6 tbsp lime juice; 6 tbsp water; pinch salt (optional); 600 gr Sirloin of flank steak; 500 gr cherry tomatoes; 3 shallots; 1 bunch cilantro; 1 bunch mint; 8 small/medium cucumbers; 2 carrots; peanuts

It isn’t the most authentic Thai salad, but it is damn tasty! A juicy skirt steak with the perfect balanced dressing and lightly spicy rice with a crunch!!
