Welcome to Dutch classics, the winter edition! It is episode 4 and we are making broodje grillworst!

Directions

    Finely chop the chicken thighs

    Mix with the spices and cornstarch.

  3. 3

    Spread out on plastic wrap and layer some cheese in the middle. Roll to a sausage and wrap tight.

    Simmer in a pan with water for 30-40 minutes (don’t boil)

  5. 5

    Brush with butter and cover with the same spices.

  6. 6

    Grill in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

  7. 7

    Mince the shallot

  8. 8

    Mix everything together
