    Mix the yeast with honey and water (let sit for 15 minutes)

    Combine all the dry ingredients and mix with the yeast mixture and yogurt.

    Knead until smooth and let rest until doubled in size.

    Slice into pieces, roll out and bake in pan or on the grill

    Cover with a towel until use

    Mince the garlic, onion and parsley and mix with the other ingredients

    Knead into a paste and put it with wet hands on the skewers.

    Grill or pan fry until fully cooked

    Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all the moisture.

    Mix with the other ingredients

    Slice the onion into thin half rings and mix with the vinegar and oregano.

    Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into pieces and add to the onions.

    Season with salt, more oregano, olive oil and top with crumbled feta
