Mix the chicken stock, coconut milk, tomato paste, almond butter and spices in the bowl of your slow cooker.

Stir in the onion and chicken.

Set to low for 6 hours.

Part way through cooking, stir through the raisins and ground almonds.

Close to when you want to serve, stir in the spinach and cook until wilted. Turn up the heat to sauté and cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce if needed.

For young babies, pulse slightly with a hand blender to shred the chicken. For adults, stir in some mango chutney and a bit of chilli powder.

Serve with rice.
