Combine pumpkin, eggs, coconut sugar, oil, vanilla, & orange juice in a bowl.

Sift together remaining dry ingredients, then add to wet mixture.

Spoon batter into lined muffin tins (this recipe will make ~12 muffins).

Combine crumb ingredients in a separate bowl, then spoon over top of each muffin.

Bake muffins @ 350 degrees for roughly 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven & let cool; meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients.

Pour glaze over muffins as desired, then store in an airtight container.
