Ingredients: 0.5 cup pumpkin puree; 3 eggs; 0.25 cup granulated sugar; 0.5 cup brown sugar; 1.5 tsp vanilla extract; 0.25 cup coconut oil (melted); 2.5 cups almond flour; 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice; 2 tsp cinnamon powder; 1 tsp baking soda; 0.33 cup brown sugar; 0.5 cup almond flour; 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted); 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice; 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, sugars, vanilla, & melted coconut oil.

Mix flour, spices, & baking soda into the batter. Pour batter into a parchment paper lined 8x8 baking pan.

In a separate small bowl, combine all crumble ingredients. Sprinkle crumble overtop cake batter, then bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove & let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
