Directions

   Cream together pumpkin puree, sugar, coconut oil, eggs, & vanilla in a large bowl.

   Mix flour, baking powder, & pumpkin pie spice into the wet batter. Mix well until combined.

   Pour batter into a 9x13 baking pan & bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

   Remove & let cool completely before topping with your favorite cream cheese icing & additional pumpkin pie spice. Slice & enjoy!
