    For the tarka heat oil adding mustard seed to let it pop. Then add in the jeera allowing it to sizzle

    Add asafoetida, red dried chilli, garlic, curry leaves mixing on low heat for 30 seconds

    Then add soy sauce once cooled adding the tarka to the cucumber in the Tupperware. Give it a shake for 1 minute and garnish with coriander
