    Boil potatoes, peel and mash ensuring smooth consistency

    Heat oil adding mustard seeds. Once popped add hing, curry leave and dried Chilli, once sizzled add peas, hardar, salt, sugar, cinnamon powder, cloves powder

    Cook under low heat for about 10 minutes

    While this cooking mash potatoes, adding this massalo, squeeze lemon and chopped coriander and mix very well. Now make small round balls

    Make a chickpea batter using flour with salt and oil - consistency should be runny enough for potatoes balls to cover with them fry on high heat stirring about 3 times and it’s ready to have with chutney or even tomato ketchup!
