Add flour into a bowl, along with oil, salt, chilli paste, ginger paste and water. Mix well until it forms into a pancake batter like consistency

Using a nonstick pan, heat a drizzle of oil on a medium heat then reduce the heat… take ladle full of the batter and spread it gently into a circle, slowly increase to medium heat

Now spread some oil on top and around then flip it over and repeat the same thing making sure it’s cooked on first side then flip over again making sure it’s cooked before removing from the pan. It should take about 1-1.5 minutes to cook on each side
