    In a pressure cooker add butter and mutton, fry until meat changes its colour to brown.

    Add cumin, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and bhunafy for 5-8 mins adding splash of water so that masala doesn’t sticks.

    Add enough water so that you can pressure cook meat for 20 mins.

    Once pressure cooked remove lid, dry excess water.

  5. 5

    Squeeze 2 lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander.
