Beef Lasagna Recipe

    In a pan add 750 ml of milk and empty the béchamel mix. Stir continuously on medium heat so lumps are not formed.

    When the sauce thickens, keep aside.

    In a big pot add enough water to boil the lasagna strips, one done strain, rinse in cold water and rub oil. Keep aside.

    For Tomato Sauce; In a pan add butter, let it melt on medium heat.

    Add Pasta sauce, all the spices, oyster sauce and Sriracha sauce.

    Cover and let it cook for 10 mins on medium heat.

    In a separate pan boil minced meat.

    When minced meat is boiled add in pasta sauce, add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 mins on low heat.

    To Assemble: Take a square oven proof dish.

    Make a base of cooked minced meat, then white sauce, mozzarella cheese and then the layer of boiled lasagna strips.

    Repeat the process and top layer as to be mince meat sauce, white sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.

    Bsking: Preheat oven at 180C

    Place in oven for 30 mins.

    In gas oven turn on the top burner and bake for 3-5 mins for cheese to get the brown crispy top.
