    Marinate beef with above mentioned spices for 1-2 hrs.

    Grind into a fine paste.

    In a pan or pressure cooker add oil, green cardamom, 4 cloves and cinnamon. Fry for few minutes.

    Add marinated beef, fry for 5-8 mins.

    Add cashew almond paste

    Bhunafy for another 8-10 mins.

    Add 1.5 cup water.Cover and cook for 45-50 mins or until meat is tender.

    In pressure cooker for 25 mins for soft and tender meat.

    You can adjust the gravy by adding or drying water.

    Garnish with fresh coriander.
