Spaghetti Squash Parm
A healthy and delicious spaghetti squash recipe

Cut squash in half the long way. Scrape out middle with seeds.

Put foil on a sheet pan & spray or drizzle olive oil all over. Put squash face DOWN.

Roast at 400° for about 30-40 minutes until it’s soft. I flipped the squash face side up for the last 10.

Pour fresh pizza sauce on top & use fork to scrape the inside of squash.

Fill the squash bowl with pre-cooked organic grass fed ground beef (or any protein).

Sprinkle with cashew mozzarella & broiler for a few minutes.
