Healthy Pumpkin Cookie Recipe

The first of (hopefully) many Fall recipes coming your way!

    preheat oven to 325° F. Get out cookie sheet & line it.

    mix wet ingredients first, then add all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips). Mix all together, folding in chocolate chips last!

    spread cookie dough balls onto baking sheet then flatten them out. It is a slightly cakey cookie so I found they didn’t spread out a ton while baking :)

    bake at 325 for 10-15 mins


Notes

if you want to try a vegan version (I did not test it), but I recommend leaving out the almond milk & coconut flour. Coconut flour works best with eggs!
