Directions

    Mix softened butter and sugar. Mix in egg, then vanilla & honey.

    In another bowl, whisk flours, salt, & matcha.

  3. 3

    Pour dry mixture into wet mixture and combine.

  4. 4

    Load dough into cookie press. Stamp dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350F for 9-12 minutes.


Notes

Vegan Substitutes: use vegan butter, egg replacer, and maple syrup. These cookies are gluten free & healthy! If desired, replace sugar with coconut sugar or powdered sweetener of choice.
