    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

    Cut up butter and add to dry ingredients along with honey, lemon zest, yogurt, and egg.

    Stir to combine.

    Coat a surface with more flour and plop dough onto the center. Knead the dough, adding more flour, until no longer too sticky.

    Pat the dough into a flat circle. Cut into 9 wedges.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange scones a couple inches apart.

    Bake about 19-20 minutes.
