Healthier Microwave Cinnamon Roll

This cinnamon roll is so easy & delicious.

Ingredients

    Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, melted butter and milk. Form into a dough ball. Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle shape.

    Melt remaining butter and brush on top of dough. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Cut dough into two strips.

    Connect both strips so there is only one long strip. Roll up dough strip. Place cinnamon roll into a ramekin. Microwave for 90 seconds.

    Drizzle with icing and enjoy.


Notes

Tip: you can use gluten free flour, unrefined sugar, oil if you need to make it vegan, and yogurt instead of icing
