    Chop up onion and add to pan with some frylight

    Once the onion is soft add in the garlic, ginger and tikka masala paste

    Give it a good mix and add in 50ml water

    Once most of the water has evaporated add in your chicken and sear it

  5. 5

    Once the chicken is seared add in your chopped tomatoes

  6. 6

    Simmer on a medium heat for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through

  7. 7

    When it has about 5 minutes left, add in your coconut milk and turn the heat up slightly

  8. 8

    Once the chicken is cooked, serve and enjoy
