absolutely love a curry even better when you can do it for decent calories!

Dice up the onion and add to frying pan with Frylight.

When the onions start changing colour add in the paste pot, then fill the paste pot with water and add to the frying pan.

When the water has evaporated/it makes a thick sauce add in diced chicken and coat in the sauce.

Keep cooking the chicken so it’s seared, add in the chopped tomatoes and coconut milk.

Mix together well and leave to simmer for about 15 minutes making sure the chicken is fully cooked through before serving.
